In this workshop on May 21, 2011, jewelry designer Sandra Zilker taught participants to carve organic shapes into cuttlefish bones using carving tools, melt pewter using small torches, and pour the molten pewter into the cuttlebone cavities. Participants left with a completed pendant or charm.
