In late April, The Greenhorns brought the farmstorm to the nation's capital for a screening of their film and a bicycle tour of the urban farms in the city. Unfortunately, the springtime rains graced the city streets that day, recommending that we postpone the bicycle portion of the festivities.

Nevertheless, the citywide agrarian motions that the day intended to celebrate remain in full force. DC has a young and vibrant network of farmers growing and strengthening the urban agricultural food system in our nations capital.
