L'ubomír Ďurček: Horizontal and Vertical Movement (Bratislava, 1987)
1. Choose a location where there are a lot of pedestrians.
2. Bend down and hold your hands (palms) trapped under your feet.
3. With your hands in the same position, try to stretch your legs and straighten as much as possible. Relax your legs and repeat the procedure.
4. Persist in this activity and observe how you thus stand in the way of the passers-by.
