River Cottage Cookery School

This is our first film in collaboration with the River Cottage web team and is a "taster" of the Four Day Cookery School.

The aim has been to show visitors to the River Cottage website what they can expect from the course, with contributions from River Cottage host Steve Lamb, Head Gardener Mark Diacono, Chefs Tim Maddams, Gideon Hitchen and Hugh himself. There are also comments from attendees who give feed back on their experience of the four day course.
