Creating estimates for monthly fees is simple in FreshBooks:
(1) Create an estimate for one month and write a note to your client that it is a recurring payment.
(2) Send estimate to your client (and get it accepted)
(3) Convert estimate to an invoice and click on the option for recurring profile. That's it!
