In this video, Naomi Sur, Deputy Major of Jerusalem, delivers remarks following the dedication of WRAP's pilot project at the Sur Baher Girls School in East Jerusalem.

The Water Resources Action Project (WRAP) is a not-for-profit organization whose goal is to improve water quality for under-served communities in the Middle East.

WRAP's pilot project, the installation of a rain collection facility in the Sur Baher Girls School in the underprivileged Sur Baher neighborhood of East Jerusalem, was completed in February 2011. As a joint venture with Friends of the Earth Middle East (FoEME), the project’s benefit is to reduce the cost and dependence of the school on municipal water, thereby saving water in this very dry region and the cost incurred by the school for the water.
