In may 2004 the egiptologist Dr Erik Hornung, (professor emeritus at the university of Basel) and Dr Theodor abt (director of the centre for depth psichology, Zurich) were recorded in the facsimile of the tomb of Thutmose III made by Factum Arte, Madrid. The filming lasted for several daysand the resulting footage is a unique archive of the conversations between two men who have devoted many years to the study of the amduat and the tomb of Thutmose III.
This video provides unprecedented access tothe paintings and text in the tomb without harming the original in ani way.
