Goody Hallett is a site-specific dance film loosely fashioned on the legend of Maria Hallett, who is said to wander the beaches of Wellfleet, Massachusetts, looking for Black Sam Bellamy. Black Sam's ship was wrecked on a sandbar many hundreds of years ago; some say that Goody still wanders the coast looking for him today.

This film is part of a series of site specific films that aims to capture something from a particular place without much premeditation or planning. These dances serve as postcards or snapshots—preserved views into places that are often in a state of constant change.

Filmed and danced near Uncle Tim's Bridge in Wellfleet, Massachusetts.
