It was overheard at the last office meeting that "It's best to be the first girlfriend, the second wife and the third real estate agent."
I think, as agents, we should strive to be the third real estate agent first. Do everyone a favor and skip all the wasted time on the market and senseless price reductions and have the stones to demand the treatment that the the third agent in would eventually get, first. Or don't take the listing.
