....into a castle! it's the ruins of castello di morcote. on our first day in switzerland, our friend andrew, who was attending school there for architecture, said, "wanna go for a hike? there's some ruins we can see." we all thought, oh you know, like a museum, kinda historical landmark park, where you get a ticket, pay entrance.... NO. you break into an ancient castle where only ghosts live. wonderful.

half of us got through some dungeon bars, the other half had to climb up along a steep hill, and over the wall.... or dragged over the wall. =)
