With MAX/MSP/Jitter I created a real-time interface for an algorithm I'd used to single-frame films in the 1970s. One of the films was "Simultaneous Opposites" and another was "Intersticies". This is a preliminary test of the program, feeding it footage I shot in the Philippines.

TECHNICAL NOTE: Horizontal bars of video refresh lag may occur due to hardware inability to refresh single-frame videos like this one. These do not exist in the video file. If these occur on your computer, try moving the playback window lower or higher on your screen. Or, try another computer/monitor/video card. -Robert
