A very basic tutorial illustrating how to use Interface Builder, also shows how to create and use Default.png, Icon.png, and shows how to use a UIImageView.
This video should be viewed after chapter 1 quick start. Against my better judgement, I'm leaving it up so it can show newbies that there are a maddening number of different ways you can do things in Interface Builder. To be frank, I think this isn't a very good way to do things.
