So what is my mission in my work with Fit for Love? Simply put, my mission is to help you put into practice methods to dynamically and symbiotically reach your full spiritual and sexual capacity. To help you be fit—to, for, from and because of love. In seeing and understanding yourself more clearly you will see and understand others more clearly. You will judge less yet reflect and understand more, much much more. Then you will become that which you seek most, admit it or not—love/truth!
As a Spiritual and Romantic Fitness Trainer and Counselor, I realize the most important thing to instill in you is passion! Without passion you will not attempt or attain anything worthwhile, because most anything worthwhile will require you to move through a fear and beyond your comfort zone. It is important to instill in you the need and skill to be passionate, while at the same time remaining playful and peaceful. This is what will truly allow you to make your life and love great!
Remember, the universe responds only to your emotional involvement. As Rumi says, “The wailing of broken hearts is the doorway to the divine.” Everybody who has ever felt the burn in their muscles to build a better body has heard the gym saying, “No pain no gain.” My interpretation of Rumi goes a little deeper. “No agony, no ecstasy!” Agony is the seed of ecstasy. The term “the agony” can be associated with the agony of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, where he prayed before being arrested. He dug deep and chose to stay. He embraced when he could have escaped! His passion was exhibited through his choosing to suffer for what he believed in. We have all had “Gethsemane Moments,” where we chose to dig deep and believe in what we could be and ourselves. By digging deep we generate a higher vibrational energy because, good or bad, what we feed grows and if we choose to feed awakened passion, this is what attracts a more passionate partner—a more conscious lover! So let me show you how to dig deep within yourself and find or create the passion that will transform you!
