The Ernesto's Heart video was shot in the beautiful ancient forest of Inwood Hill park in Manhattans most northwestern corner, bordering the Hudson river.
Filiz Zengin was an amazing director with wonderful insight into knowing how we would transform the song into an awesome visual. A real visionary she is.
We worked for 1 full week and got the shots we wanted. The Cloisters, a Medieval Castle was used and I think it looks mysterious and beautiful in the footage.
The native american spirits were definitely with us as we used their trees and natural setting to make the video authentic.
Again. NYC is giving me what we need. Thank you Manhattan, and all that made this video possible.
And if you listen closely you can hear Ernesto's heartbeat in utero.
