Just me having a play at YZ Circuit. This day was run by my friend Taira San who owns McCoy Bodymaker in Tokoname near Nagoya. It was a really relaxed sokkokai. Lots of fun and no rules really! I got black flagged once because I didn't have my windows closed...The sign they held out to me said Ma-do in Japanese so I figured it meant Mud and thought they were telling me off for dirt dropping. Hehe, new Japanese learned. It means Window :)

  • I'm curious as to know their reasoning for having the windows shut, out local track makes us Keep ours down usually.

No idea mate. I'm the UK we always had to have our windows closed too. I guess in case you roll-over your arms don't fall out and get a) chopped off b) road rashed.

Happened to me on the road. Few skin grafts later it was ok. But it was messy. We're allowed to keep passenger side window open all the time, but drivers window can only be open two finger widths!
