This design is by Mark Mayers and is for an upcoming PLUS tutorial for PSDTUTS. The tutorial covers adding spot colors and UV varnish to an illustration in Photoshop to set it up for printing. This video gives an example of the reflection the varnish would look like if printed. It's created with Esko Visualizer, which is a tool to create these type of demos.
