A lesson learned from my dad:

Jump in a puddle with your feet together. You stay dry. Everyone around you gets drenched.

I've got to say, Leta reminds me ALOT of my daughter. Do people tell you how "special" she is as they sort of shake their heads back and forth, followed by "she is SOOO smart" as they breath deeply?

My daughter, six, is really smart and that makes her just unGodly to deal with at times because she's like talking to a grownup...but SO incredibly charming and sweet and FUNNY. Alot like Ms. Leta. You should post more of her, she's adorable (alot like my daughter, as I mentioned, LOL).

was that Brain Freeze at 1:51 .. I think so LOL.

Sooo cute! Play-ded, work-ded, ha ha ha too funny.

Heather .. Leta is looking so much more like you it's incredible. And she has an awesome sense of humour, just like her mama!

This is why you're so awesome, you actually talk to your kid!

She's gotta be the only four-year-old to work in a Daft Punk reference so successfully. Pretty brilliant.

Gotta say, though, I'm frightened of what might happen if she doesn't get that Cinderella computer and finds herself with a little baby bro.

Just tell the smart little child that you and your husband made her. But you apparently don't know how it happened. And that you are happy with the outcome.

She's cute when she's laughing naturally. But there is something a bit off-putting about the way she tries so hard to give a funny answer each time. And the expressions she makes, obviously aping what she has seen in adults and thinks is funny.

She is not the only one to do this. Why do American children often put on such an act? To me, this child is more natural: vimeo.com/2113477

Er, Sofia...I'm guessing you do not know very many children, or you would've noticed by now that they often have varying personalities. Yes, they do. And varying moods. Fascinating, isn't it?

At the end, her "What are you laughing at?" is like her version of Joe Pesci's "Am I funny? No, no: Am I funny to you?" :)
