RECIP of MAKIS

What you need ?
- Rice
- Nori Sheets
- Carottes
- Cucumbers
- Zuchinni
- Soya
- Crab or Salmon
- Rice Vinegar
- Wasabi sauce
- 2-3 sugars

How to make it ?
- Cooks the rice and tire to get a compact rice like to raw a ball because after the difficulty will be during the cutting

- Cuts the vegetables (carottes, cucumbers and zucchini), in small pieces who will serve to mix later with rice

_ Mix the rice, vegetabes and the crab or salmon together

- Mix the rice vinegar and the sugar together to raise the acidity of the algue



Roll the Maki

- Take your algue paper on the table.
- Moisten your sheets algue with the mixture of the rice vinegar and the sugar. Use the brush to brush the sheet algue.

- Put all your composition of vegetables, rice and crab on the sheet algue

- Roll the Maki, Pressing firmly the composition to obtain a cylindrical shape, strong and rangy.

- After to raw all makes, put your Makis in the freeze during 20mn to fix the composition

- After you can cut your Makis in 2-3cm of the larger

- Serve the fresh Makis with the Soya sauce and the Wasibi
