Here is an example of how I make my original score match the film. The melody and it's bass harmony "line up" at the beginning and at the end of the film. When the film comes "full circle" so does it's (my) musical score : ) I won a Silver Medal for "Excellence in Original Music for a Short Film" at the Park City Film Music Festival for it's (my) score. : )
