At only 29 years old, Molly Rockamann is the brainchild behind EarthDance, a nonprofit, educational organic farm just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. Apprentices of all ages and from all walks of life can volunteer at EarthDance to learn everything about farming, from seed to market.
