Six months after the Cedar River spilled over its banks, causing billions of dollars in damage, the community continues to recover. Many local institutions, government entities and residents will be making decisions on how to proceed, and The Gazette will be following those decisions. The Gazette's special report this week takes stock of flood recovery in Eastern Iowa, and reporter Adam Belz gives an overview of what to expect in coming months. Brian Siguena is the host of GazetteOnline's "Go Time" Webcast. Produced by Richard Pratt.
