Trains

Here, a line of beginnings, doors to adventures and the sorrow of goodbyes.

Here, where memory and time collide among the squeal of metal and smiles that never quite hide the truth.

Here, where you can stand apart from the crowd, or blow like a ghost to the derelict ends.

Here, you can see again, the final views of the one you reluctantly let go, where her outline still tremors in the heat.

Here, you can remember the last delicate touch of parting fingertips; an end and a beginning.

Here, tears and dreams begin, the sun glimpsed through the rain, and the time apart already one moment shorter.
