This dream sequence forms part of a larger piece titled, Hasidi. I combined hand-drawn animation, some scans of lace material, and modeled a 3D shell in Maya. To create the character's skin I scanned a purse made of tree bark, and cross hatched in layers to create a sense of lighting and dimensionality.
