This episode of "Exposure: In the Tank" features Burlington-based psychedelic afro-hipsters Barika performing two tracks LIVE at Tank Studio --Burlington, Vermont's premiere analog recording studio.
"EXPOSURE" is the longstanding live-performance radio show produced by WRUV 90.1 FM and the University of Vermont. Each week artists play live in either the radio station's broadcast studio or at Tank Studio. The hour-long live performance is then rebroadcasted within a two-hour program on the air --in Burlington on 90.1FM, and at wruv.org.
"EXPOSURE: In the Tank" is an ongoing webcast series that broadcasts the *live* studio session at the Tank. This clip is a segment from the director's cut, captured March 28, 2011. The webcast programming and video production is produced by Cortex (CortexNetwork.com), in a group collaboration between WRUV and Tank Studio.
Visit TankStudio.org to listen to the full Barika set and other performances in the archives, and be sure to watch the schedule for upcoming webcasts of "EXPOSURE: In the Tank."
Tune in to 90.1FM [in Burlington, VT] or WRUV.org on Wednesday nights at 8-10pm for the weekly "Exposure" show.
