1. Chair Yoga with Howie Shareff

This chair based fitness program can be practiced by anyone able to sit on a chair. Howie created this series of stretches in the Olympic spirit during the events. He teaches this type of fun yoga to seniors at their living facility. Howie enjoys adapting his own physical therapies, sports experience and mat yoga to the chair.

    Loved it! Appreciated the reminder to smile. I sent it to my parents. My mother, who has fibromyalgia, felt MUCH better.

    Howie, I tried this today at my desk right after a intense conversation on the phone and I feel so much better. All I need now is a reminder for me to do this at least once every day!
