The aesthetic strategy of Universal Vibrations is born from a previous work entitled Only A Mother's Love And Primordial Ooze... a series of sculptural "fossil" evidences, which illustrate my personal scientific fictions about the origins of animal life on Earth.

In Universal Vibrations, I used digital compositing to collage video elements and create a representation of previously unknown organisms. The alternate life forms in these works cite the human erogenous zones as a visual reference to create an attraction/repulsion dichotomy. Universal Vibrations exists as an allegory for the Otherness that is met with a mixture of fear and lascivious desire at points of cultural contact.

In very special encounter with our organic (and orgasmic) relatives from another time and space, humor is employed to deliver a bitter pill.
