Last September, Stowe Soaring's Don Post took me on a ride I won't soon forget. Using a special Stemme S-10 motorglider, he piloted us into the air alongside a traditional non-motored glider. Given the Stemme's unique ability to cut its engine mid-air, Don was able to position us at a variety of angles with minimal turbulence to get that perfect shot of our wingman, the back side of Stowe and Smugglers' Notch.
