This is a very basic beginner's tutorial showing some of the application life cycle methods in UIApplicationDelegate. If you watched the HelloWorld tutorial, you should watch this. In this tutorial I create the UIViewController using Xcode and tie it to a UIView in the nib. But the main focus is just on going over a few lifecycle methods.

The next tutorial will explore UIView and UIViewController more.
