A demo of some possibilities using eMotion with a wiimote in IR mode (à la Johnny Chung Lee).
The mac version of WiimoteWhiteboard by Uwe Schmidt is used to transmit the multipoints informations to eMotion via TUIO messages, uweschmidt.org.
The IR pens are the one from IRPensOnline.com

The applications for this product are endless (ART, MUSIC, DESIGN, ADVERTISEMENT, CINEMA, MEDICAL, MILITARY, etc). Can you image what a biologist or a structural engineer or a 8th grade science teacher would do with this. I would have never slept in class!

The only thing this demo is missing is music - Maybe Autechre or The Orb or NIN's Ghosts I - VI - just a suggestion.

This is a truly inspiring product!

I did not put music on the video because I didn't want to distract from the main purpose : presenting some possibilities of eMotion. I was not sure of the choice... maybe I will make a new video with some new shots and with a bit of time some music.

Absolutely brilliant piece of work! As other commenters have said, this has limitless applicability. Look for lots of areas of application, and you can gain tremendous momentum, and we'll eventually see it everywhere ;o)
