A 10 minute film about the Red Deer rut in the New Forest National Park, UK. This has recently been re-narrated by Rob Bonnet from the BBC & the Country Channel ready for broadcast on satellite television.
I originally shot this in 2 weeks in October 2007, the fight footage was filmed by the 'Stag Man' AKA Craig Babidge who lives in the forest. Writing the script and editing the finished piece took me another 3 weeks or so. This was a no budget film, made for the love of it.
