This is actually an arrangement of a christmas carol that is very popular in Finland, "Heinillä härkien kaukalon". It is strongly related to the "Entre le boeuf et l'âne gris". You find my arrangement (lute tabulature in pdf) and some more carols in page cs.helsinki.fi/u/wikla/mus/10_courseLute/Carols/ . The lute is "Andreas Berr, Vienna, 1699" by Stephen Barber 1986.
