Every year ST. GEMMA's HOSPICE hold a Rowing Regatta on Lake Windermere, UK.
The participants Row the length of the Lake and Back.
I followed four friends from my Village at their first attempt at both the Charity and 'Rowing'!
I took my GH2, 14-140 lens, a 20 inch Glidetrack, a Tripod, my monopod and my old rugby sock bean-bag.
The first minute is CINEMA 24p conformed to 25fps in Cinema tools. The remainder is 'BLOOMESQUE' slow motion in the 720 format.
