Greenleaf Integrative Strategies, LLC provides a multi-layered approach for the mitigation of psychological trauma’s negative effects on practitioners within non-profit, public and private sector organizations.

It is of the utmost importance that practitioners (fieldworkers, therapists, spiritual care providers & health care workers) do not prematurely burnout or develop trauma themselves in the process of working in the midst of traumatized people. We serve practitioners in order to enhance the sustainability of crisis response.

Supervisors and organizations can learn how to manage practitioners’ stress levels with self-care and other methodologies in order to mitigate vicarious traumatization, secondary traumatic stress and compassion fatigue.
