One month of Design!
Creativity and innovation, out-of-the-box thinking and taking charge, people commited to first class design – all this was presented in Design Month 2011 from 6 May to 5 June in Graz. Due to the nomination as UNESCO City of Design this year the creative industries of the region attracted international attention. This was reflected in the variety of events and the presence of renowned Design professionals throughout Design Month. This international awareness would not be possible without a strong local Design scene acting as an important impulse. A variety of exhibitions, presentations, lectures and events kept Graz entertained during May. Design Month is organized by Creative Industries Styria.
