Roasted Poblano Chile (cleaned deseeded)
Stuffed w/ Monterey Jack Cheese or Ground Beef
Battered in egg whites
Fried for 3 minutes
Roasted in Oven for 5 minutes
Smothered w/ Roasted Tomato Sauce & melted Monterey Jack cheese
