Weifeng 717AH video head fix

A little demo of how I fixed the very stiff pan/tilt on the Weifeng 717-AH video head. This video head is 'highly recommended' by one site on the net (????), but in reality it's cheap price comes at a cost - the pan/tilt mechanism is excessively stiff thanks to a very sticky compound inside it. I suspect this has been used to mask roughness in the mechanism. It's not brilliant after my 'fix' and I still would not recommend it for smooth pans and tilts (the fix exposed a slightly rough mechanism), but it travels a lot easier.
