Autumn Nihon Kai 2008 - a 13 day journey to the coastal regions of Japan. Nihon Kai means the Sea of Japan.

I'm just an amateur and went wild over the camera marketed for my level - the Nikon D90. I bought it on the first day it went available online last October.

During those 14 days in Japan I went snap happy and shot over 4000 pix and about 400 720P vids with it. After a great deal of research I also found a tiny Manfrotto tripod that fit in a Kata rucksack. The Kata could also hold my laptop.
