Yes, I am indeed CD's web Martha.

I don't think there's a way around the compression, unless maybe you upload a very short video or do one video separated into chunks. I think the limit is on overall file size, so maybe you could do one that looks a little better if you cut it up into pieces, but that might not work too well for this type of video.
