This is Wells' (10,3)-a net !
A pair of left handed and right handed versions of this net form the labyrinth graph of everyone's favourite triply periodic minimal surface - the gyroid!

I noticed that you can join the vertices of the nets to give a nice 3D weave of straight lines (shown in green), similar to those that appear in the work of George Hart and Kenneth Snelson
