Autumn of 2006 I was given an assignment. My only direction was to shoot the atmosphere of what it would feel like to live in the newly developing premier community of Mountain Gate. Not knowing exactly what to do I just went out there and shot. Over the course of several days I captured footage not knowing what to look for.
Turns out shooting this video fulfilled one of my life's ambitions. For years I have wanted to shoot video of the changing seasons, particularly fall colors. It was always a lack of time that prevented me from doing so. So this assignment opened the doors and gave me permission to shoot a subject I have waited to shoot for many years. It was very exciting for me. The video many not merit any greatness in it's self but, for me, it was a grand opportunity and a lot of fun in the making.
