Very few people realize how much work is required to compete at the Olympic caliber. This short film takes a closer look at the philosophy of training to be the best in the world.
Several athletes as well as the coach of the Canadian National Rowing Team were interviewed and asked a series of questions about their training program, the philosophy and psychology of training, and the dream of being the world's fastest.
All footage was captured during training sessions, or team meetings over the last 5 weeks.
There was no script for the interviews. It was all raw feedback; merely edited into a 'condensed' version.
