Dr Rufus Black is the Master of Ormond College at the University of Melbourne. An ethicist, management consultant and theologian, he writes and works on ethical and public policy issues. He has published on many topics including economic development, unemployment, the ethics of using stem cells and the life challenges of Generation X.
