This is my buddy, Paul's Trex 600E. And, as far as i'm concerned it is THE 600 setup. I've never seen, or heard of any other setup with this much raw power. it is simply unboggable, even with the vblade TSTs on it (and, with Funtech 600CFs, even better). as far as mods go, we replaced the stock 600 gear with the more robust 700 main gear. the 600's hub was machined down to fit in the 700 main gear. aside from that just choose your pinion and go. 15t was ripe for 2300rpm in the new castle software gov software. this thing is a real stump puller.

it was a bit cold and windy today (12/18/08)...with temps in the low 40s and wind about 20-25mph. timer was set for 4 minutes, landing at 3:30 when the timer went off. packs measured 115°F...i'd expect 10-15°F warmer in more typical (80°F) weather.

FWIW, my personal setup is on my workbench. i'll be getting it in the air after the holidays.
