On Saturday June 11 through Wednesday June 15, 2011 Deer Park will host a reading of both the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra in 100,000 verses and the entire Kangyur, the Buddha's speech. This will take place daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Anyone who can read Tibetan is welcome to participate in this! The purpose for this reading is for the Long Life of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, for the Long Lives of Geshe Lhundub Sopa-la, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Jangtse Choje Rinpoche and all special teachers, as well as for world peace.
