Beginning as a child performer in Odessa, Russia, Albert Makhtsier has been acting for over half a century. Despite being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Albert remains one of New York City's finest actors. This is his story which is one of many that are part of a film idea called: One Shot Stories. This film will be a collection of people's intimate stories told all over the world. Each story is a single shot and will be a exploration into the universal aspects of the human condition.
