Interesting idea. It seems a bit limited though. hard to locate the visual focus. Pop Muzik has many parts competing for attention, but the viewer can pick and choose.
The voice is plainly not yours which is amusing. Perhaps this effect could be enhanced by lowering the tone on the sound track.

Nice, it's just short enough not to get old. But you should look into the interlacing-issue, it's visible again in this video.
