Over the years, St. Tammany Parish Hospital has been known for truly valuing its patients, physicians, employees and volunteers. It’s a hospital where everyone knows everyone. This value was reinforced in 2007 when patient satisfaction scores ranked them in the top 15% nationally. Despite vastly improved facilities and major new steps to be the leader in medical technology and patient care, collateral design, graphics and annual reports had failed to stay on pace to reflect the brand value adequately. Zehnder answered that challenge with a design system across all mediums that reinforced this lasting impression, while contemporizing perception—the delivery of quality and technologically advanced healthcare services while treating their patients like family.
