Everybody takes the chance on "Evidence" to do a heavy dance: Derrick, Lou and Marvin.
Now, with the 24 you can hear proper the bass, that's great. And with some experience, the crew will perfect the sound in the future (on my computer the bass has now a strong distortion when I turn the volum up).
But this are details: the music is just great!!!
    Thank you very much.

Even with the "hot" mics the energy of your performance is still felt. Your enthusiasm behind the drum set propels the whole band to achieve more than what they thought possible. I see what you mean when you say "let the soloist lead". Derrick is like a Porsche but you're the 4 cylinder turbo engine. In order for Derrick to fly he needs a powerful engine behind what he's doing. The same goes for Lew. Playing like this lets everyone partake in your wonderful and joyous energy. This mentality and spirit makes the music come alive with a bigger sound. The communication between you and Derrick starts off like a trickle and quickly builds to a roaring river. So it seems to me that the conversation is where the energy is built. The soloist says one thing and is answered by the rhythm section or is bolstered by them. This give and take or ebb and flow is how the energy is pumped up and circulated amongst everyone.

Yeah Bugalu, it was another great night at the Terrace - I'm checking out some of your videos - you played some bad shit on this one - Derrick is an exciting player and you guys sound good together - I don't really have any questions on it but I learn a lot and get a lot of inspiration from watching the video- you played some bad 8's and it's swingin hard - you got the best ride beat in the business!
