Here is an eerie excerpt from my multimedia symphonic work, SPEAK! SO THE WORLD WILL LISTEN! UGANDA. The cinematographer accidently recorded it in 60 frames a second, and when I brought it back to 24 frames a second, the result was an extremely ethereal, slow motion rendition, reminiscent of the work of William Bazinski and Godspeed You! Black Emperor.
My favorite part occurs at 6:50. My original high pitched solo for oboe sounds like a solemn solo for trombone when slowed down! Accidents can be quite inspiring! :)
