Troopers say Arnold Hanger, of Juneau, has been illegally feeding dog food to 10 to 15 bears at his home. This short clip was filmed in Hanger's back yard by an Alaska Wildlife Trooper. The yard is next to a house where most of the feeding took place, a troopers spokeswoman said.
